>With the 4th of July past us already, it’s time to focus on the rest of the summer. Would anybody else agree that their summers seem to lead up to the 4th of July? I kind of feel like, now what? One thing is for sure, there is still plenty of summer left, so lets enjoy it!
It has been a good month since Ely Farms was at a farmers market. With the end of July in sight, Ely Farms will once again be making an apperance at the Farmers Market in Omaha, and may very likely give the Lincoln Farmers Market a try for the first time. Ely Farms will be selling fresh bell peppers, tomatoes, and eggplant, as well as the pickled products.
Ely Farms will also be in the process of developing a pickled green bean product in July and August. Plans are to have the product and label developed by the end of 2009, and in stores by August of 2010.
